  • Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

    All employees are eligible to join our CNA Apprentice Program–and we'll cover the costs! You'll earn a $1,000 bonus when you begin working as a full-time CNA, plus $1,500 more after nine months in your role.

  • Certified Medication Technician (CMT)

    After six months as a Bethesda CNA, you can train to become a CMT. Earn your insulin certification and more at no cost to you. Upon certification, you'll receive a pay increase to reward your new skills.

  • Tuition Assistance

    Bethesda is proud to invest in your future. That's why we provide tuition reimbursement to help alleviate the financial burden of continuing education, up to $4,000/year for full-time staff and $2,000/year for part-time staff.

  • LPN to RN Bridge Program Presidential Scholarship

    The Presidential Scholarship covers the cost of tuition, books and fees for employees in the LPN to RN Bridge Program. Scholarship recipients also receive a stipend to work three days a week and get paid for five days, including full-time benefits.
